This policy explains how ComfyNest handles your personal data when you use this website or contact us.

What we collect

This website does not store your enquiry. When you submit the form, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and you choose whether to send it. If you send it, we receive what you included: such as your name, phone number, email, location and accommodation or property details.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to help you find suitable accommodation or tenants. Our legal basis is your request to us (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Who sees it

WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, and its own privacy terms apply to messages. We may share relevant details with a landlord or tenant when you ask us to progress a match. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them and to meet any legal obligations.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Message us on WhatsApp to do so. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
