Terms of Service

By using this website you agree to these terms.

What ComfyNest does

ComfyNest helps people looking for accommodation connect with suitable options in Dublin and Cork, and helps property owners connect with suitable tenants. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a property or guarantee a tenancy or a tenant.

Website information

We aim to keep information accurate, but availability and details can change. Photos on this website are illustrative and do not show specific properties. Please check the details of any accommodation or tenant yourself before committing.

Tenancies

Any tenancy is agreed between the parties involved, and is subject to Irish law, including the rules set by the Residential Tenancies Board where they apply.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Irish consumer law. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss arising from using this website or from arrangements made between tenants and landlords.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
